Ugo Tomasin advises French and foreign clients of Kalone in their merger & acquisitions transactions as well as with any matters relating to corporate law and more generally in all aspets related to business law (including private equity and economic law).

Ugo has also developed a strong expertise in assisting French and foreign representatives and industrialists in restructuring their businesses or taking over bankrupt companies.

Ugo practises in these areas both as an adviser and as a litigator.

Ugo was one of the founding partners of Kalone in 2012 after notably being an associate at Cournot Association d’Avocats (2001 to 2011).
